The music tracks you add to your crates are hosted by Bandcamp and subject to Bandcamp's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party music.

All music linked through our Service remains the property of the respective artists and rights holders. Indie Crates does not claim any ownership of music content. We encourage users to support artists by purchasing music on Bandcamp.
